Privacy policy

Crusader Empire Enterprises Ltd (owner: Aaron Bouchard) (“we”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Account data (online tools): your email address and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password itself.
• Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe (subscriptions) and Gumroad (digital products). We receive your email, plan and payment status, but never your full card number.
• Tool inputs: numbers you enter into a calculator are processed to produce your result and are not saved to your account. We keep anonymous daily usage counts (e.g. “42 calculations today”).
• Technical data: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for security for up to 30 days.
• Email: messages you send us, so we can answer them.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, manage subscriptions, answer support requests and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: Stripe (payments), Gumroad (digital product checkout and delivery) and Google Cloud (hosting, United States). They may process data outside Canada under their own privacy commitments.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days after you ask us to close it, except records we must keep for tax purposes (generally 6 years in Canada). You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing crusaderempireentreprises@gmail.com.
