These terms govern your use of this website, our online tools and our digital products, offered by Crusader Empire Enterprises Ltd (owner: Aaron Bouchard), Ontario, Canada. By using them you agree to these terms.
Digital products
Purchases give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files. Checkout is provided by Gumroad under its own terms.
Online tools and subscriptions
- The free tier is offered as-is and may change. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance in Canadian dollars through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; see the refund & cancellation policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.
- Keep your password and licence key confidential. Do not abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
Calculators are estimates, not advice
Results from our tools (including tax and rate calculators) are estimates based on published government rates and simplifying assumptions. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Verify important figures with the Canada Revenue Agency or a qualified professional.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
